Apple’s newest marketing campaign, ‘Shot on iPhone’ is a collection of billboard and video ads with 16 bands and musicians from all over the world.
The Cupertino-based firm has revealed three videos with behind-the-scene footage on concerts by Kamasi Washington, FKA twigs and Florence and the Machine. The documentaries were shot using the iPhone and additional software and hardware.
Apple will be making the videos available on IGTV, Apple Music and on YouTube.
Other bands and musicians include Chai, Kacey Musgraves, Idles, Travis Scott, Leon Bridges, Sebastian Yatra, Gaye Su Akyol, Tyler the Creator, Lizzo, Tierra Whack, Skrillex, Jay dela Cueva and Little Big.
Previous ‘Shot on iPhone’ content features iPhone users taking everyday photos of the Chinese New Year, Cuban surfing community, NHL player portraits and others. The campaign had recently celebrated the 2019 iPhone Photography Award, with the grand prize going to Gibriella Cigliano’s shot on her iPhone X.
