Snapchat has a new 3D selfie mode for added Snap interactivity and expressions. The 3D Camera Mode allows for changing appearances and perspective depending on how you move and view your phone.
The feature relies on the iPhone X, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS and the newer iPhone 11 Max and iPhone 11 Pro’s camera tech to produce a lifelike 3D diorama.
Snapchat has recently added new filters, lenses and 3D effects such as one mentioned above. Users of iPhone X and above can try the new 3D Filters, Lenses and Effects to bring new magical appearance and perspectives based on how they view their phones.
Snapchat 3D images may be created with an iPhone, but the effect may be viewed on any iOS and Android device. To take advantage of the feature, make sure you’re running the latest version of Snapchat.
