Apple today has seemingly removed its product listing reviews at the Apple.com store, along with the customer’s ability to read and leave reviews for all Apple products.
Affected online Apple Stores include the UK, US and Australia.
With the reviews pulled off the online store, consumers will have no idea on which Apple products have reviews and if there have been any complaints.
Existing reviews for products such as the Apple Pencil, battery case and accessories were in the hundreds and have been eliminated. As of the moment, there’s no Reviews & Ratings section and Apple hasn’t released any details on if and when the online product reviews will return.
Apple is expanding its online store to cover more countries, and it seems that the review removals are intentional. We will have to wait and see if it ever comes back and if previous reviews will be re-listed on the platform.
