Apple has renewed the Apple TV+ series ‘Dickinson’ for season two, and casting has revealed new roles for the show.
Pico Alexander and Finn Jones are set to make an appearance as Henry Shipley and Samuel Bowles, respectively. Dickinson is an Apple TV+ series that revolves around Emily Dickinson, renowned American poet and the constraints of gender, family and society in her perspective.
Samuel Bowles, which will be played by Finn Jones is a close friend and newspaper editor of Dickinson. It has been speculated that Bowles and Dickinson are romantically involved. Henry Shipley, an college dropout shares a room with the family.
Finn Jones has appeared in other series such as Iron Fist and Game of Thrones. Pico Alexander has appeared in Catch-22 and movies like War Machine and A Most Violent Year.
Premiere day on the 2nd season is still unknown but it’s rumored to be released in fall of 2020.
