Introduced at CES in January, Scosche’s latest keychain-ready charging solutions for iPods and iPhones have arrived. First is clipSync ($25), a fancier, metal-clad version of the company’s earlier flipSync-branded USB charging cables — this one has an integrated carabiner hook rather than a ring to attach your keychain.
Next is flipCharge Burst ($45), a tiny emergency battery and charging unit that promises up to 30% of an iPhone charge or up to 70% of an iPod charge, depending on the model — enough juice to get you back up and running in a pinch. Like clipSync, flipCharge Burst includes a carabiner clip and uses fold-down USB and Dock Connector plugs to become convenient enough to carry anywhere.
