According to the company, it can be attached to the underneath, front, or side of a cabinet or other likewise stable object, and comes with all the sturdy metal hardware necessary for installation.
The iPad cradle itself is made from a soft-touch plastic, with feet on all four corners providing a secure grip on the iPad; the mounting system also provides 360 degrees of rotation and 90 degrees of movement front to back.
