Urbanspoon has released an update to its restaurant location and review app for the iPhone and iPod touch. The update adds a set of new photo features focusing on food.
Users can now browse user-contributed photos of dishes from nearby restaurants directly from the home screen and more easily share snapshots of their favorite dishes. A new Popular Menu items feature allows users to see photos and user reviews of individual dishes for each restaurant.
Urbanspoon is available from the App Store as a free download.
