Rain Design has debuted its new iRest Lap Stand for the iPad.
Designed specifically for use on the user’s lap, the iRest is made from aluminum, and features a torque hinge that allows for angle adjustment up to 60 degrees, the ability to fold flat for travel, foam cushions for comfort, the ability to work as a desktop stand, cutouts for the Dock Connector and speaker, the ability to be used with encased iPads, and padding for the iPad to prevent scratches.
Rain Design’s iRest Lap Stand for iPad is available now and sells for $50.
