Nuvyyo has has released a major update of its Tablo app for the Apple TV, bringing many of the features of its Roku and Amazon Fire TV apps over to the tvOS version.
Tablo for tvOS 1.6 adds a new guide screen with filters for prime time, premiering, TV shows, movies, and sports, similar to those found in the iOS version as well, along with a Scheduled screen with filters, support for turning the new Surround Sound feature on and off from the tvOS app, and display of the current time on the Live TV screen.
The new version of the app should be appearing on the App Store as a free update within the next 24 hours.
