According to Apple’s online store, new pre-orders of the iPad 3G will not ship by the end of April.
The store’s iPad page lists new Wi-Fi + 3G orders as shipping by May 7, while the already-released Wi-Fi models are shipping in 5-7 business days.
Apple has been accepting pre-orders for the iPad 3G since it opened orders on March 12, but up until this point, all 3G pre-orders had been expected to ship later this month.
