Miveu has announced that its Miveu-X case and chest mount for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S is now available. Recipient of an iLounge Best of Show Finalist Award at the 2012 CES, the Miveu-X is a system comprised of an iPhone case that clips over the rear of the phone, offering protection while adding a custom wide-angle lens and a dedicated shutter button.
The case clips onto a flexible elastomer plate that’s worn on the chest, with straps running over the user’s shoulders and under his/her arms, allowing for a first-person POV when shooting video while leaving the user’s hands free. Miveu’s Miveu-X case and chest mount for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S is available now and sells for $100.
