Apple has set up pages to pre-order the iPhone 5c. The new phone can be pre-ordered starting Sept.
13, with plans from AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon, or contract-free from T-Mobile at $549 or $649 for 16GB or 32GB, respectively.
Notably, the new iPhone 5s can not be pre-ordered.
Instead, it will be available in stores on Sept. 20.
