Q: I just bought Evanescence’s Album “The Open Door” from the iTunes store. How do I open the interactive booklet? I tried clicking on it, but nothing happens.
I’ve been able to open “Digital Booklets” before, but how come I can’t open this interactive one?

A: This is a known issue with the latest versions of iTunes, Quicktime, and the iTunes Store. There is, however, a simple fix, detailed on Apple’s Support website:
First, open the Quicktime Control Panel in Windows, or the Quicktime panel in System Preferences on a Mac.
Then, under the “Advanced” tab, enable the option called “Enable Flash” on a Mac, or “Enable playback of Flash tracks” on a PC:
Then, restart iTunes, and the interactive booklets should work properly.
