In the fast-paced landscape of tech development, companies are being forced to rethink how they build their teams. At some point, founders, CTOs and leaders of product teams hit that proverbial fork in the road: staff augmentation or full on outsourcing?

Staff augmentation is a form of an IT outsourcing collaboration model in which a company extends its in-house staff to provide further engineering competencies needed to successfully proceed with tech tasks by hiring one or several outsourcing IT professionals temporarily. These on-demand contractors will collaborate with your in-house team the same way your full-time employees would, but are hired to meet particular project requirements for a finite period of time.


The seller has your team augmentation in their best interests, that is why it is in their interests to hire good professionals who have been involved in similar projects back home and to give you their CVs. You (or your company’s C-level) can carry an interview with a selected expert and sign a contract if you will hire them.
