DETIKO has launched its new Smart Bird Feeder Series, introducing two models: the ABS Edition and the Bamboo Edition.
Each feeder is equipped with a 5200mAh rechargeable battery powered by an integrated solar panel, allowing continuous operation for up to two to three months on a full charge. The IP65-rated housing protects against rain, snow, and dust, with a tested working temperature range of –10°C to 55°C, enabling year-round outdoor use.
Product Design
The ABS Edition features a red-and-green housing made of lightweight ABS for durability and easy installation. It includes multiple feeding modules that can hold nuts, mealworms, nectar, or water, attracting a variety of birds.
The Bamboo Edition offers an alternative with an FSC-certified bamboo body, sealed for moisture resistance. It features a solar roof panel and the same AI camera and app functions as the ABS version.
The DETIKO Smart Bird Feeder connects via Wi-Fi and is managed through a mobile app available for Android and iOS. The app supports real-time notifications, video playback, and family sharing, enabling multiple users to access the live feed simultaneously. All video and user data are stored on U.S.-based secure servers.
AI Bird Identification
Both models feature AI recognition technology capable of identifying over 10,000 bird species. The system automatically detects birds as they approach the feeder and captures high-definition images with a 2K wide-angle camera featuring a 147° field of view. Each visit is logged with an image and timestamp and can be viewed within the mobile app. The feeder also includes a built-in microphone that records bird calls, allowing users to both see and hear visiting species.
Night Vision and Smart Detection
The system uses six infrared LEDs for night vision, allowing clear recording in low-light conditions. Its AI motion filtering function reduces false alarms by distinguishing birds from moving leaves or light changes. The feeder also supports local SD cards and cloud storage, giving users flexible options for saving and reviewing footage.
